前列地尔治疗突发性耳聋伴耳鸣临床研究

Abstract： Objective：To make the clinical study for Alprostadil in the treatment of sudden deafness associated with tinnitus. Method：112 patients sudden deafness associated with tinnitus in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups， 56 cases each group. The control group took Buflomedil and experimental group took Alprostadil. The clinical efficacy and satisfaction of two groups was compared.
